1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through LOUPH ALLEN Clothing Canada (https://alphatest.louphallenclothing.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our site immediately.

2. Canadian Currency & Transparent Pricing

All product prices, shipping rates, and transactional fees on LOUPH ALLEN Clothing Canada are displayed and billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Because all inventory is warehouse-fulfilled and dispatched domestically within Canada, Canadian domestic shipments are free from surprise cross-border customs brokerage charges or import tariffs.

3. Canadian Sales Tax Compliance (GST / HST / PST / QST)

In accordance with federal and provincial Canadian statutory legislation, applicable sales taxes are automatically determined and charged based on the customer’s final destination shipping address:

• Ontario: 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)
• Quebec: 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) + 9.975% Quebec Sales Tax (QST)
• British Columbia: 5% GST + 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST)
• Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut: 5% GST
• Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador: 15% HST
• Saskatchewan: 5% GST + 6% PST | Manitoba: 5% GST + 7% PST

Official Canadian tax registration numbers appear on your downloadable order invoices.

4. Orders, Inventory Reservation & Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Upon checkout, our system places an automated inventory reservation to prevent overselling. Payments are authenticated and processed through Stripe Payments Canada with 256-bit encryption. Accepted payment methods include Canadian credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac Debit via supported digital wallets. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing typographical errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping, Domestic Delivery & Title

Orders are packed with atelier care and dispatched via Canada Post or UPS Canada with domestic tracking PINs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes (1–3 business days express, 3–7 business days standard), we are not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather or carrier disruptions.

6. 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We provide a 30-day return window from the confirmed carrier delivery date for unworn garments with original tags attached. Please refer to our complete Shipping & Returns Policy for step-by-step instructions and refund processing terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, photography, styling lookbooks, descriptions, logos, and UI designs associated with LOUPH ALLEN Clothing Canada are the exclusive property of LOUPH ALLEN. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
