Canadian Domestic Shipping Tiers
We partner with premier domestic carriers to guarantee fast, secure dispatch across all 10 provinces and 3 territories:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed the same business day. All orders receive official carrier tracking barcode references for real-time tracking via our Track Order Portal.
30-Day Canadian Return Policy
We take pride in our apparel craftsmanship. If a garment does not fit as expected, you may initiate a return within 30 days of verified delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Garments must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup or perfume scents.
- All original atelier swing tags and designer packaging must remain securely attached.
- Sale or promotional items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
Submit Return Request
Select items, quantities, and return reasons. Our team will review within 24 business hours.
Carrier Drop-Off
Drop your packaged parcel at any Canada Post or UPS outlet with the return authorization reference.
Refund Processing in CAD
Once your return is inspected and restocked at our Montreal fulfillment hub, your refund is processed directly through Stripe to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Interac).
- Refunds are credited in Canadian Dollars (CAD) within 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Provincial sales taxes charged on returned items are refunded in full.
- Original express shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a rare manufacturing defect.
